Cuz that is basically all we do.
However, the discussion topics were actually interesting. It was fun to discuss who we thought was the greatest leader, how to evaluate employees because most of us did our evals, and what to do with a problem employee.
I don’t think I learned anything from this module, it was all pretty basic, common knowledge sort of stuff. It did reaffirm that I do not want to ever be a charge nurse or a supervisor.
I felt like it was interesting to see what other people thought on the discussions.
